2013年3月30日,中国水科院南海水产研究所与湖南澧县人民政府签订科技合作协议。签约仪式由县政协副主席陈奇辉主持,南海所党委书记刘新中、副所长李纯厚、省畜牧水产局副局长刘志忠、省水科所所长伍远安、县委常委副县长冯文元及南海所、省水科所其他领导专家、县畜牧兽医水产局参加科技合作签约仪式。
On March 30, 2013, the South China Sea Fisheries Research Institute of China’s Hydrology Institute signed a scientific and technological cooperation agreement with Hunan Yixian People’s Government. The signing ceremony was presided over by Chen Qihui, vice chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference. Liu Xinzhong, secretary of the party committee of the South China Sea, and Li Chunhou, deputy director of the CPC Committee, Liu Zhizhong, deputy director of the Provincial Bureau of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, Wu Yuanan, director of the Provincial Water Bureau, Feng Wenyuan, Other leading experts, County Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Fisheries Bureau to participate in the signing ceremony of scientific and technological cooperation.
