将健脑降脂丸以高、低剂量（２５ ｇ·ｋｇ饲料－１、 １２．５ ｇ·ｋｇ饲料－１），烟酸肌醇酯（０．８ ｇ·ｋｇ饲料－１）加到高脂饲料中喂养大鼠２个月，见到健脑降脂丸高剂量组与普通饲料组大鼠血清和肝脏脂肪含量相似．健脑降脂丸低剂量和烟酸肌醇酯也显著降低了高脂饲料喂养的大鼠血清和肝脏的总脂、甘油三酯，升高了血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量．说明健脑降脂丸是治疗高脂血症较好的药物．
