生防真菌是一类非常重要的环境微生物,在防治有害生物中具有广阔的发展潜力。近年来,都采用菌株改良的途径来提高生防真菌的毒力。其中基因工程技术被认为是最有效的菌株改良途径,成为研究生防真菌分子生物学的新工具。为此,对生防真菌的遗传转化方法进行了综述。主要包括原生质体转化、电激转化、基因枪法、限制性内切酶介导转化(REMI)法、根癌农杆菌介导转化法,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
Biocontrol fungi are a group of very important environmental microorganisms and have great potential in pest control. In recent years, strains have been used to improve the pathogenic fungi to enhance the virulence. Among them, genetic engineering is considered as the most effective way to improve strains and become a new tool for graduate students’ antifungal molecular biology. Therefore, the methods of genetic transformation of biocontrol fungi were reviewed. Mainly including protoplast transformation, electroporation, particle bombardment, restriction endonuclease mediated transformation (REMI) method, Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated transformation method, and its application prospects are prospected.
