医学综合评价设计合理性论证与适配对策研究

目的:突破医学评价领域方法应用现状,设计展开合理性论证与适配对策研究。方法:文献检索、应用资料和方法原理基础上,论述“综合评价”思想内涵与医学研究存在问题,从指标体系筛选与预处理、权重计算、方法选择等多环节探索适配对策,讨论方法敏感性、限制因素与组合评价理念意义。结果:评价系统设计从多层面研究设计问题,指导价值具有广义性。结论:适配对策与应用工作切合,更体现出医学研究方法论意义。 OBJECTIVE: To break through the status quo of application of methods in the field of medical evaluation, and to design rational justification and adaptation strategies. Methods: Based on literature search, application data and method principle, this paper discusses the connotation of “comprehensive evaluation” and the existing problems in medical research. It explores adaptation strategies from many aspects, such as selection and preprocessing of index system, weight calculation, method selection and so on Methodological Sensitivity, Limiting Factors and Concept of Combination Evaluation. Results: The evaluation system design studies the design problem from multiple perspectives, and the guiding value is generalized. Conclusion: Adaptation strategies and application work, but also reflect the significance of medical research methodology.
