目的:探讨乳腺癌TGF-β1和BRCA2表达意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测乳腺癌、癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织中TGF-β1和BRCA2的表达水平。结果:TGF-β1、BRCA2在c-erbB-2阳性组与阴性组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),在癌组织分别与癌旁组织和乳腺组织的表达比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:TGF-β1及BRCA2在乳腺癌中过表达,与c-erbB-2表达有一定协同性,联合三者的检测,可同时成为预测乳腺癌预后的指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of TGF-β1 and BRCA2 in breast cancer. Methods: The expression of TGF-β1 and BRCA2 in breast cancer tissues, adjacent normal tissues and normal breast tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results: The expression of TGF-β1 and BRCA2 in c-erbB-2 positive group was significantly lower than that in negative group (P <0.05), and there was statistical significance in the expression of TGF-β1 and BRCA2 in paracancerous tissues and breast tissues (P < 0.01). Conclusion: TGF-β1 and BRCA2 are overexpressed in breast cancer and have some synergism with c-erbB-2 expression. Combined detection of TGF-β1 and BRCA2 may be an index to predict the prognosis of breast cancer.
