博罗县石湾水运公司在企业改造改制中,坚持从实际出发,重组企业结构、资产结构、经济结构,并将公司一分为三。三个公司分别实行船舶股份合作制,股份责任制和劳动船员互助合作制等三种模式。实践说明,由于符合现阶段水运企业生产力发展水平,这三个公司在水运市场激烈竞争中,稳步发展,充满了生机活力。他们的做法和经验,值得同类企业在改革与发展中参考。
