我省以往的除害灭病运动取得了巨大成绩,疾病发病率显著下降,人民群众的身徕健康有了不同程度的增进,有力的支援了工农业生产。但最、近以来,由于不少地区放松了对除害灭病工作的领导,加之夏令已到,气温上升,蚊蝇活跃,部分地区某些传染病已在发生蔓延。尤其是铜川、兴平、三原等地发生了数以百计的伤寒病入,疫情是严重的。这是关系人民生命的大事,是关系着今年工农业生产继续跃进的重大问题。各地应认真检查一下目前的除害灭病工作,解决存在的问题,并教育各级干部在思想上引起严
In the past, our province has achieved great successes in its campaign of eliminating pests and diseases, with a marked decrease in the incidence of diseases. The health of the general public has been promoted in varying degrees and has strongly supported industrial and agricultural production. However, most recently, due to the loosening of leadership over the work of pest and disease elimination in many parts of the world, summer temperatures have risen, mosquitoes and flies have become active, and certain infectious diseases in some areas are already spreading. In particular, there have been hundreds of typhoid fever incidents in places like Tongchuan, Xingping and Mihara, and the outbreak is serious. This is a major issue concerning the life of the people and a major issue concerning the continuous leap forward in the industrial and agricultural production this year. All localities should carefully examine the current work on pest elimination and disease elimination, solve existing problems and educate cadres at all levels to cause serious ideological problems
