RMG型同流燃烧器是日本中外炉工业公司生产的新产品。在高速火焰燃烧器内安装了同流换热器的节能燃气喷咀,它容易获得单独同流换热器所不能得到的高温预热空气,从而大量节约能源。 特点: (1)喷咀与同流换热器构成整,无配管排热,能有效利用100%回收的热量,不必设置为获得高温预热空气的独立同流换热器和热风输送管。 (2)在燃烧量与预热空气量发生变化时,也能通过空燃比控制阀来保持一定的空气比。
RMG-type co-current burner is Japan and foreign furnace industry company’s new product. Energy-efficient gas nozzles with recuperator heat exchangers installed in high-speed flame burners provide significant energy savings because of the easy access to warm, preheated air that can not be obtained with a separate recuperator. Features: (1) The nozzle and the recuperator form a whole, no piping heat, can effectively use 100% of the heat recovered, do not have to set to obtain high temperature preheated air independent recuperators and hot air duct. (2) A certain air ratio can also be maintained by the air-fuel ratio control valve when the amount of combustion and the amount of preheated air are changed.
