一、概述 如何减少刀具磨损以提高刀具耐用度是金属切削加工的基本研究课题之一。特别是在航天、航空工业中,大量应用各种高强度难加工材料,研究此课题则更具有重要意义。刀具磨损是由机械、热、化学及金属冶金特性等所引起的,同时,加工时的热电效应也是影响刀具磨损的重要原因之一。金属切削过程中,由于工件和刀具的材料不同,在切削热的作用下,接触处会产生一个接触电势,如图1中的Ea、E_bo同时在刀杆和工件上,由于切削热的传导作用(即有温度梯度)会产生一个温差电势,
