课堂不是教师展示自我的舞台,小学语文课堂教学不能以教师的思路和自己的设计为本,不应该让学生成为帮助教师完成预定设计的“配角”。教师的“教”是为学生的“学”服务的。教师的任务是帮助学生利用学习环境,自主建构,实现知识、能力、方法、情感、价值等多方面的发展。我们要尊重学生,更多地了解学生,研究学生是怎么学的,寻求更加适合学生的教学。一、以生为本,从学生的立场读好文本
Classroom is not a stage for teachers to show themselves. Primary language classroom teaching can not be based on teacher’s thinking and own design. Students should not be allowed to be teachers to help teachers to complete the scheduled design. The teacher’s “teaching” is for the student’s “learning” service. The teacher’s task is to help students make use of the learning environment and build their own to achieve the development of knowledge, ability, method, emotion and value. We should respect students, learn more about students, study how students learn, and seek more suitable for students’ teaching. First, students-oriented, read the text from the student’s position
