为应对严峻的就业形势,高职高专院校就业指导课程被列为学校教学改革活动的重要内容。在分析大学就业指导课程现状的基础上,对大学生就业指导课程提出了几点建议,指出就业指导课程实现课程结构合理化、课程内容具体化、授课老师素质全面化及教学投入可持续化。课程既强调职业在人一生发展中的重要地位,又关注高职高专学生全面发展和终身发展。通过激发学生职业生涯发展的主动意识,树立正确的就业观,掌握全面的择业与创业方法,促使大学生科学地规划自身的未来发展,并努力在学习过程中自觉地提高就业能力和生涯管理能力。
In order to cope with the severe employment situation, vocational guidance courses in higher vocational colleges and universities are listed as an important part of the teaching reform activities in schools. Based on the analysis of the status quo of employment guidance courses in universities, this article puts forward some suggestions to the employment guidance courses of college graduates. It points out that employment guidance courses can realize the rationalization of course structure, the concrete content of courses, the overall quality of teaching teachers and the sustainable investment of teaching. The course not only emphasizes the importance of occupations in the development of human life, but also focuses on the all-round development and lifelong development of students in higher vocational colleges. By stimulating the students’ initiative awareness of career development, establishing a correct concept of employment, mastering a comprehensive career and entrepreneurial approach, to promote students to scientifically plan their own future development, and strive to consciously improve employability and career management skills in the learning process.
