用分光光度比色分析法分别检测194例40岁男性酒精滥用者和50例40岁男性无饮酒史健康者的血浆维生素C(P-VC)、维生素E(P-VE)、β—胡萝卜素(P-β-CAR)、过氧化脂质(P-LPO)含量以及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD),过氧化氢酶(E-CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(E-GSH-PX)活性和过氧化脂质(E-LPO)含量,滥用酒精组及各亚组的P-VC、P-VE、P-β-CAR、E-SOD、E-CAT、E-GSH-PX平均值均显著降低,P-LPO、E-LPO平均值均显著升高(P〈0.05~0.001),上述变化随着滥用酒精史延长和滥用酒精量增加而加剧,酒精滥用者体内的氧化反应和脂质过氧化反应病理性加剧,氧化和抗氧化平衡严重失调。
The levels of plasma vitamin C (P-VC), vitamin E (P-VE) and β-carotene were detected by spectrophotometry in 194 cases of 40-year-old male alcohol abusers and 50 cases of 40-year-old healthy drinking- P-β-CAR, P-LPO and E-SOD, E-CAT and GSH-Px E-GSH-PX and E-CAT, E-SOD, E-CAT, E-SOD and P-VC in the abused alcohol group and each subgroup -GSH-PX, P-LPO and E-LPO significantly increased (P <0.05-0.001). These changes were exacerbated with the prolongation of alcohol abuse and the increase of the amount of alcohol abuse. Alcohol abusers The body’s oxidation and lipid peroxidation pathological increased, a serious imbalance of oxidation and anti-oxidation.
