目的 :探讨疤痕子宫再次妊娠分娩方式的选择。方法 :选取2014年2月至2015年8月我院收治的剖宫产后疤痕子宫再次妊娠分娩患者52例的临床资料,并对其进行回顾性分析。结果 :52例疤痕子宫再次妊娠产妇中,择期剖宫产患者44例,剖宫产率为84.62%。产程中改为急诊剖宫产手术的有21例,阴道分娩成功患者25例。结论 :对于疤痕子宫再次妊娠的各类适应证以及禁忌症进行明确,根据患者的实际情况,对分娩方式进行合理选择。
Objective: To explore the choice of the mode of delivery of pregnancy after scar pregnancy. Methods: From February 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital, we collected 52 cases of cesarean scar after uterine cesarean pregnancy again clinical data, and its retrospective analysis. Results: In 52 cases of uterine recurrence of pregnancy, 44 cases of elective cesarean section, cesarean section rate was 84.62%. Cesarean section was replaced by emergency cesarean section in the labor process in 21 cases, 25 cases of successful vaginal delivery. Conclusion: For all kinds of indications and contraindications of uterine scar pregnancy again clear, according to the actual situation of patients, make a reasonable choice of mode of delivery.
