目的:建立蒙药顺气补心十一丸中丁香酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),Hypersil ODSC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(65∶35∶0.05)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长283 nm。结果:丁香酚在0.025~0.150μg与其相应的峰面积值具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8)。丁香酚的平均回收率为96.94%,RSD 1.95%(n=6)。结论:该方法精密度高,分离度好,可用于蒙药顺气补心十一丸中丁香酚的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of eugenol in Mongolian medicine Shun Qi Bu Xin Yi Wan. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used on a Hypersil ODS C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (65:35:0.05) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- , Column temperature 30 ℃, detection wavelength 283 nm. RESULTS: Eucalyptol had a good linearity (r = 0.999 8) between 0.025 ~ 0.150μg and its corresponding peak area. The average recovery of eugenol was 96.94% with a RSD of 1.95% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method has high precision and good resolution and can be used for the determination of eugenol in Mongolian medicine Shun Qi Bu Xin Yi Wan.
