正确选择无性系亲本母树,是培育橡胶新品系的重要环节之一。1963年我所曾分析了成龄母树茎干不同高度产胶能力与其无性系后代的产量相关,以600厘米高的产胶能力与其无性系后代的产量相关为最密切(r=+0.542~+0.763)。直至1973年,我所进一步分析了次生代以上的无性系亲本母树的产量与其茎干芽无性系产量之间的关系,其结果是:①母树低部位和高部位的产胶能力与其无性系后代产量间的相关,均达到极显著的标准。②母树高部位的树皮乳管个数加母树高部位的相对产量与无性系后代低部位的产胶能力间的复相关为极显
Correct choice of the parent tree of clones is one of the important aspects of cultivating new strains of rubber. In 1963, I analyzed the ability of stems of adult aged trees to produce glue at different heights, which is closely related to the yield of their offspring. The yield of 600 cm high is closely related to the yield of its clones (r = + 0.542 ~ 0.763). Until 1973, I further analyzed the relationship between the yield of the second generation of clonal parent trees and their stem bud clones. The results are as follows: ① The ability of the low and high part of the parent tree to produce gum and its clones The correlation between the offspring yield reached a very significant standard. (2) The correlation between the number of bark ducts and the relative yield of the high position of the parent tree and the glucoamylase yield of the lower part of the clonal descendants was extremely significant
