目的 比较生长抑素和中西医结合疗法治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效。方法 采用生长抑素及生长抑素结合中西医疗法治疗 114例急性重症胰腺炎患者 ,并用单纯的中西医治疗组作对照。结果 两治疗组患者的症状体征和缓解时间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但血尿淀粉酶、影像学结果等恢复指标的改善时间无显著性差异 (P>0 0 5 )。结论 联合使用生长抑素可改善症状 ,但费用昂贵。
Objective To compare the efficacy of somatostatin and traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis. Methods 114 patients with acute severe pancreatitis were treated with somatostatin and somatostatin combined with western medicine and treated with simple Chinese and Western medicine treatment group. Results There were significant differences in the symptoms, signs and symptoms between the two treatment groups (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the recovery time of the indicators of amylase and imaging (P> 0.05). Conclusion Combined use of somatostatin can improve symptoms, but expensive.
