目的观察骨科器械包不同包装方法下的灭菌效果。方法将200个骨科器械包,随机分为实验组和对照组各100个,对照组按传统方法打包,实验组按改进方法进行包装,比较灭菌效果。结果实验组指示卡全部达到标准色,未发生湿包;对照组94个达到标准色,6个未达到标准色,52个湿包。结论通过对包装方法进行改进,骨科器械包经过灭菌后,未再发生湿包和指示卡变色不合格的现象,保证了无菌包的及时供应。
Objective To observe the sterilization effect of orthopedic instrument package under different packaging methods. Methods 200 orthopedic instruments were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 100 in each. The control group was packaged according to the traditional method. The experimental group was packaged according to the improved method and the sterilization effect was compared. Results All the indicator cards in the experimental group reached the standard color, no wet pack occurred; 94 in the control group reached the standard color, 6 did not reach the standard color and 52 wet packs. Conclusion Through the improvement of the packaging method, the sterilization of orthopedic instrument package did not occur again, and the color change of the wet pack and the indicator card did not occur again, which ensured the timely delivery of the aseptic package.
