我厂生产的B690液压牛头刨床,床身铸件重一吨多,一度由于工艺原因,铸造回火后在床身侧面一窗口上出现裂纹(图1)。由于条件所限,不能采用“整体热焊法”,决定采用“加热减应法”进行补焊。图1中虚线所示为减应区,用两把大型焊炬轮番加热与补焊,焊后保温缓冷,但出现开裂现象。分析开裂原因是:该床身形状复杂,尺寸厚大,加热减应区产生的预应力不够。为此,对减应区
