班组是企业的细胞,是企业管理的落脚点,是企业从事生产经营活动的最基层组织,是企业提高职工队伍素质、促进精神文明建设的前沿阵地。班组作为基层工会组织中的最基本的团队,是构建学习型企业的重要基础,是将个体学习与组织学习联系起来的桥梁和纽带。如果没有一个个目标明确、制度严谨、执行有力的学习型班组,我们学习型企业建设的基础将是脆弱的。为了进一步做好创建工作,应注意解决好以下几个问题。
