两年前曾看到过一句教育名言:教育,就是保护孩子的天性,激发孩子的个性。时间随风过,这句话是谁说的,早已遗忘。不过,在从教的两年生活中,它却成了我工作的方向标,深刻在我的脑海中。教师和学生的关系,应该是朋友,至真的朋友,两者之间没有任何的对立点。教师教、学生学,两者应是相辅相成的。教书育人,更是教师的天职。不知道什么时候,中国的教育界流传过一句很奇怪的话:没有学不好的学生,只有教不好
