大骨节病(KBD)的病因至今不明。有镰刀菌中毒说,近年更有T—2毒素中毒说且有动物模型提供实验依据。本文再作类同动物实验重复验证,以进一步探讨T—2毒素与KBD之间的因果关系。1 材料与方法1.1 实验动物与分组 从西安机械化种鸡厂购进罗曼棕壳蛋种鸡,雄性80只,随机分为两组,每组40只,分笼喂养。出壳第2天投入实验。实验期常规免疫接种。
