我们从1972年4月至1986年4月用天花粉注射治疗葡萄胎共52例,分析报道如下。材料与方法一、病例选择患者52例,年龄最小22岁,最大48岁;最大孕周29周。每例经临床与超声波检查及尿hCG 定量测定明确诊断为葡萄胎。每例均作血、尿常规,血小板汁数,出凝血时间,凝血酶原时间,肝及肾功能,胸透及心电图检查,未发现有严重的心、肝、肾等脏器疾患,并且没有明显过敏史者。二、使用方法天花粉用法与剂量如中期妊娠引
