本文提出了一种从发酵液中提取柠檬酸的新方法 -乳状液膜分离法 ,讨论了该方法的基本原理及传递过程 ,其机理为 型促进迁移。考察了表面活性剂、载体和内相试剂浓度对提取率的影响 ,确定了合适的膜配方 ,在该体系和一定的操作条件下 ,柠檬酸的提取率可达到 85 %左右
This paper presents a new method for extracting citric acid from fermentation broth - emulsion liquid membrane separation method. The basic principle and transfer process of this method are discussed. The mechanism is that type promotes the migration. The influence of the concentration of surfactant, carrier and internal phase reagent on the extraction rate was investigated, and the suitable membrane formulation was determined. The extraction rate of citric acid could reach about 85% in this system and certain operating conditions
