文中分析了原机床的缺点,更改了下列部分:1.将驱动隔离盘和驱动磁盘的传动机构单独分开,并分别用1.1瓩电机通过皮带轮传给动力;2.驱动盘的减速箱内加装两个小减速器;3.在驱动磁盘的减速箱内装有两个传导轴,动力传给磁盘是通过花键和万向节进行的,传递平稳,磨损小;4.加高磁盘座,使两套斜接轴承跨距加大,通过长轴下端用螺母扣紧,提高了磁盘旋转精度;5.将原送料机构改为皮带爬式送料,工件由机床下面送上去;6.电气部分从机床内部移出来,装入新的操纵台里。改装后提高了生产率,每小时可达2500件以上。扩大了机床加工范围,提高了产品质量。
