真性红细胞增多症是一种克隆性以红细胞异常增多为主的慢性疾病。患者的红细胞数量异常增多继而引起全血总容量绝对增多，血液中细胞血浆比例失调。目前的治疗多采用骨髓抑制剂、脾切除、血稀释等。其弊端是缓解期短、易复发，我们采用量子疗法结合清除红细胞治疗真性红细胞增多症５例，以血液（血液中细胞）净化为手段，收到满意效果。
Polycythemia vera is a clonality characterized by an abnormal increase in red blood cells-based chronic diseases. Abnormal increase in the number of patients with red blood cells in turn cause the absolute increase in the total capacity of the whole blood, the blood plasma cell imbalance. The current treatment and more use of bone marrow inhibitors, splenectomy, diluted blood and so on. The drawback is the short remission period, easy to relapse, we use quantum therapy combined with the removal of red blood cells in the treatment of polycythemia vera in 5 cases, the blood (blood cells) purification as a means to receive satisfactory results.
