我国社会的进步与经济的发展与诸多企业所提供的经济支持存在密切关联。可以说,企业的稳定发展对于我国社会主义市场经济建设具有重要推动作用。企业党建以及文化建设对于企业的发展均会产生巨大的推动力量。但是,当前我国大部分供电企业的党建以及文化建设工作并不十分完善,主要原因在于该部分供电企业并没有充分的认识到党建以及文化建设与对自身发展所产生的影响。为此,本文在阐述了企业党建与文化建设的内涵后,分别从供电企业党建与文化建设两个角度对其在发展中的影响进行了分析。
The progress of our society and economic development are closely linked with the economic support provided by many enterprises. It can be said that the steady development of enterprises plays an important role in promoting China’s socialist market economy. Party building and cultural construction of enterprises will have a huge impetus to the development of enterprises. However, the majority of power supply enterprises in our country do not have perfect party building and cultural construction. The main reason is that the power supply enterprises in this part did not fully understand the influence of party building and cultural construction on their own development. Therefore, after expatiating on the connotation of party building and cultural construction in enterprises, this paper analyzes the influence of the party building and cultural construction in power supply enterprises on their development.
