教育理念的更新和教育对象特点的变化使班主任制渐渐不能适应高职人才培养的需要,新的育人机制需要探索建立。本文以中山职业技术学院为例,研究班级导师制在育人过程中的实践效果和存在问题。
The renewal of educational philosophy and the change of the characteristics of educational objects make the teacher-in-charge system gradually unable to adapt to the need of higher vocational personnel training. The new educational mechanism needs to be explored and established. This paper takes Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College as an example to study the practical effect and existing problems of the class mentor in educating people.
