随着二期课改的不断推进,大部分教师能自觉运用新的教学理念指导教学活动,课堂上能创设具体的教学情境,引导学生亲身参与各种形式的学习活动,运用已有的知识经验主动构建新知,使其得到全面协调的发展。众所周知,有效的教学应以教师为主导,学生为主体,教师的“导”在整个教学过程中起着关键的作用,但据不完全统计,许多课堂教学普遍存在着效率不高的问题。如何提高课堂教学效率,实现教学的有效性,是摆在我们每位数学教师面前的一大难题。
