利用ABAQUS软件模拟了焊管开口段辊弯成形过程,研究了轧辊表面摩擦特性对带钢边缘塑性应变的影响。对开口段轧辊表面进行了区域划分。在单因素试验的基础上,以轧辊表面区域摩擦系数为因素,运用中心复合设计建立了边缘等效塑性应变回归方程。结果发现,轧辊边部区域为主影响区,而中部区域为次影响区,带钢边界等效塑性应变明显降低。通过响应曲面法对轧辊表面摩擦特性进行优化是可行的。
ABAQUS software was used to simulate the roll forming process in the open section of the welded pipe. The effect of the surface friction of the roll on the plastic strain at the edge of the strip was investigated. The open section of the roll surface area division. On the basis of single factor experiment, taking the friction coefficient of the roll surface area as a factor, the equivalent plastic strain regression equation of the edge was established by the center composite design. The results show that the edge region of the roll is the main affected zone, while the middle region is the secondary affected zone, the equivalent plastic strain at the strip boundary is obviously reduced. It is feasible to optimize the frictional characteristics of the roll surface by the response surface method.
