针对传统矿用低压电器温升试验系统的不足,利用虚拟仪器技术的技术优势,设计了基于虚拟仪器技术的矿用低压电器温升试验系统。详细给出了系统硬件和软件的实施方案,并对系统软件的自动快速稳流控制方法做了深入介绍。系统具有自动化程度高、稳流速度快、测量精度高等特点,现已成功应用在矿用低压电器产品的温升试验中。
Aiming at the insufficiency of temperature rise test system of traditional low voltage electrical mine, the paper designed the temperature rise test system of mine low voltage electrical equipment based on virtual instrument technology by taking advantage of the technical advantages of virtual instrument technology. The implementation plan of system hardware and software is given in detail, and the automatic fast and steady flow control method of system software is introduced in detail. The system has a high degree of automation, steady flow speed, high accuracy, etc., has been successfully used in mining low-voltage electrical products temperature rise test.
