长期以来,企业工作都以生产经营为主,基层党支部的建设往往受到弱化,发挥不出它应有的作用。随着党的十八大提出的从严治党的要求,作为一个企业,特别是国有企业,必须认识新常态,适应新常态,引领新常态,坚持党内政治生活,从严治党,增强党组织的凝聚力战斗力显得尤为重要。如何发挥基层党支部有效地融入中心工作,体现党组织的作用是当前基层党支部急需思考的问题。
For a long time, the work of enterprises has been dominated by production and operation.
