目的探讨治疗分泌性中耳炎的方法。方法回顾性分析49例SOM病例的临床资料。结果本组49例(78耳)随访3个月～1年以上,治愈36例(73.46%),好转8例(16.3%),无效5例(10.2%),总有效率89.8%。平均治愈次数3次,其中9例仅治疗1次即愈。结论对SOM进行积极有效的治疗,对防聋、治聋有重要意义,针对病因进行积极的治疗是提高治愈率的关键,治疗方案的重点则是恢复和保护咽鼓管的生理功能,恢复中耳通气功能。
Objective To explore the method of treating secretory otitis media. Methods A retrospective analysis of 49 cases of SOM clinical data. Results The group of 49 cases (78 ears) were followed up for 3 months to more than 1 year. 36 cases (73.46%) were cured, 8 cases (16.3%) were improved, 5 cases (10.2%) were ineffective and the total effective rate was 89.8%. The average number of cure 3 times, of which 9 cases were treated only 1 Jiyu. Conclusion The active and effective treatment of SOM is of great importance to prevent deafness and deafness. The active treatment of the cause is the key to improve the cure rate. The focus of treatment is to restore and protect the eustachian tube physiological function, Ear ventilation function.
