多年来,大学英语教学注重语言基本技能的培训,而忽视了跨文化交际能力的培养,以至于很多学生在学习英语多年后仍然对英语文化缺乏深入的了解,在跨文化交际时还出现一些低级错误,导致交际的困难和失败。根据大学英语教学的特点,本文从实际情况和教学需要出发,提出在培养学生跨文化意识过程中应当遵循的相关性原则、循序渐进原则和辅助性原则,并通过词汇教学、语法教学、语篇教学及其它相关途径来提高学生的跨文化意识。
Over the years, college English teaching focuses on the training of basic language skills, while ignoring the cultivation of intercultural communication skills, many students still lack of in-depth understanding of English culture after years of learning English, and some low-level Mistakes and causes of communication difficulties and failures. According to the characteristics of college English teaching, based on the actual situation and teaching needs, this paper puts forward the principle of relativity, the principle of gradual and orderly progress and the auxiliary principle which should be followed in the process of cultivating students’ intercultural awareness. Through vocabulary teaching, grammar teaching and text teaching And other related ways to improve students’ cross-cultural awareness.
