采用倒扭摆内耗测试仪研究了Si对Fe-Cr-Al减振合金阻尼性能的影响结果表明:在Fe—Cr—Al中添加少量Si(质量分数约为1%)或以Si代替Al并经1273K及以下温度退火后,合金的阻尼性能(对数衰减率)优于Fe—Cr—Al,但经1273K以上温度退火后,阻尼性能不及Fe—Cr—Al;以少量Si代替Fe—Cr—Al中少量Al并经1373K以上温度退火空冷后,合金的阻尼性能比Fe—Cr—Al提高近70%,其机制仍是由磁畴壁的不可逆移动引起的磁机械滞后所决定.
The effect of Si on the damping properties of Fe-Cr-Al damping alloy was investigated by using an inverted torsion pendulum tester. The results show that adding a small amount of Si (mass fraction about 1%) to Fe-Cr-Al or Si instead of Al and The damping properties (logarithmic decay rate) of the alloy after 1273K and below annealing are better than that of Fe-Cr-Al, but the damping performance is not as good as that of Fe-Cr-Al after annealing at 1273K or above. Al in a small amount of Al and more than 1373K annealing air cooling, the damping properties of the alloy than Fe-Cr-Al increased by nearly 70%, the mechanism is still caused by the irreversible magnetic domain wall magnetic mechanical lag caused by the decision.
