目的研究临床护理路径在冠心病心绞痛护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年12月~2016年8月收治的100例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组实行临床护理路径,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度评分、健康知识掌握评分显著高于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组;护理后,观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在冠心病心绞痛护理工作中的应用效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathways in angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted from December 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing. The clinical nursing pathway in the observation group was compared with two groups of nursing effect. Results After nursing, the scores of nursing satisfaction score and health knowledge in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in control group. After nursing, the scores of quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of angina pectoris with coronary heart disease is effective and worthy of promotion.
