1病例资料病例:患者方某,男,2008年11月26日生,足月顺产,发育正常。出生当日给予卡介苗接种(左上臂外侧三角肌下缘附着处皮内注射,接种剂量为0.1m l),2个月后家人发现患者左腋下出现1蚕豆样大小结节,因患儿无其他不良反应家人未予重视。4个月时其腋下结节明显增大,遂来我院就诊
