我厂在1977年自制了一台导轨磨床,磨头前进和后退用钢丝绳拖动。试车过程中发现爬行极为严重,犹如青蛙跳动。分析爬行原因后,根据设备现有情况,我们采用卸荷式静压导轨解决了爬行问题。一、具体结构型式:对设备结构不作更改,也不在导轨上专门再开设静压油腔,只将工作台上两条 V 型导轨工作面上的波浪形油槽作为静压油腔,在导轨的两头分别安上节流器,安置一套供油系统(图1)
