随着中国经济进入新常态发展以及《中等职业学校教师专业标准的颁布》,职业学校教师职业素养提升越来越成为一个重要的问题。本文在对中等职业学校基于教师职业素养提升的培训体系现状调查的基础上,利用双环学习理论,构建了中等职业学校教师职业素养提升的培训体系。期望对中等职业学校如何构建职业素养提升的培训体系有所帮助。
As China’s economy has entered a new normal development and the promulgation of professional standards for secondary vocational school teachers, vocational school teachers’ professional accomplishments are increasingly becoming an important issue. Based on the investigation of the status quo of the training system of secondary vocational schools based on the upgrading of teachers’ professional qualifications, this paper constructs a training system to enhance the professional qualifications of teachers in secondary vocational schools by using double-loop learning theory. It is hoped that it will be helpful for secondary vocational schools to construct a training system to enhance their professional literacy.
