选用TiN粉末和Cu粉末为原料,并且通过球磨、压制、烧结成TiN-Cu电火花加工用(EDM)电极,研究了球磨速度、球磨时间、材料配比对TiN-Cu EDM电极加工性能的影响。通过单因素试验和正交试验找出最佳工艺参数匹配;采用电子扫描电镜观察TiN-Cu电极形貌。实验结果表明:当球磨速度、球磨时间、TiN-Cu材料配比分别为300 r/min、10 h、30%时,TiNCu EDM电极相对损耗率为3.6%,比商用紫铜EDM电极相对损耗率小。
TiN powder and Cu powder were selected as raw materials. The effects of ball milling speed, ball milling time and material ratio on the processing properties of TiN-Cu EDM electrode were studied by ball milling, pressing and sintering to TiN-Cu EDM electrode. . Through single factor test and orthogonal test to find the best process parameters matching; scanning electron microscopy TiN-Cu electrode morphology. The experimental results show that the relative loss rate of TiNCu EDM electrode is 3.6% when the ball milling speed, ball milling time and TiN-Cu material ratio are 300 r / min, 10 h and 30%, respectively, which is lower than that of commercial copper EDM electrode .
