德育兴教是个先进的理念,但是德育兴教路在何方?如何才能施行德育兴教的成功之路,笔者一直在思索着这个问题,认为在班级德育实践中必须抓住细节。任何教育教学活动都是由一个一个的细节构成的。细节虽小,却能透射出教育的大理念、大智慧,所以教师必须要关注细节,适时适地进行渗透,才会有比较好的成效。下面是笔者的一些思考和做法。
Moral education is an advanced concept, but where is moral education? How can we carry out the successful education of moral education? The author has been pondering this issue and holds that we must grasp the details in the practice of class moral education. Any education and teaching activities are composed of one by one detail. Although the details are small, it can transmit the great concept of education and great wisdom. Therefore, teachers must pay attention to details and infiltrate timely and appropriately to achieve better results. The following is the author of some thinking and practice.
