目的调查某公司照明光源与LED光源增产改建项目存在的职业病危害因素,分析评价职业病危害控制效果。方法依据国家相关标准,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查和检查表法等进行综合评价。结果调查认定该建设项目的主要职业病危害因素为苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丁酮、正己烷、二氧化锡、氯化氢及盐酸、高温和噪声,这些因素在生产车间操作岗位的检测浓度或强度均符合职业卫生限值要求;该项目的选址、总体布局、职业病危害防护设施、卫生辅助用室和职业卫生管理措施等基本符合国家的相关标准或有关规定。结论该项目属于容易造成较重职业病危害的建设项目,目前该项目职业病危害控制效果较好。
Objective To investigate the occupational hazards that exist in the lighting retrofit project of a company’s lighting source and LED light source, and to analyze and evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards. Methods According to the relevant national standards, occupational health field surveys, occupational health tests, occupational health examinations and checklist methods were used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation. Results The main risk factors of occupational diseases in this project were benzene, toluene, xylene, methyl ethyl ketone, n-hexane, stannic oxide, hydrogen chloride and hydrochloric acid, high temperature and noise. The concentrations or intensities of these factors It meets the occupational health limit requirements. The site selection, overall layout, occupational hazard protection facilities, health aids rooms and occupational health management measures of the project basically meet the relevant national standards or relevant regulations. Conclusion The project belongs to the construction project liable to cause serious occupational hazards, and the control effect of occupational hazards in the project is better now.
