以往栽培黑木耳一般都使用木屑和木粒菌种,而纯木屑不宜得到、木粒种工本过高,为此我们进行了用小麦粒生产黑木耳菌种的可行性研究,取得了满意效果。一、原种制作取干净的小麦粒直接放入锅中加水煮沸约半小时(煮至胀饱为宜),取出沥干表面水份后拌入麦粒干重2%的石膏粉,装入小口径瓶中(每瓶约装干小麦150——200克),塞好棉塞放入常压灭菌锅100℃处理10小时,冷却后取出摇匀即可接种。同时以常规木屑麸皮培养基作比较。每支180×18mm的斜面试管母种可接2——6瓶原种。接种后置25——32℃下培养,麦粒种20多天、木屑种30多天即可全部满瓶。二、原种扩接栽培种在无菌条件下把长满菌丝的麦粒原种掏散以后,每瓶栽培种
