中职学校是培养和训练技术人才的地方,学生素质怎么样,他们是否能适应就业的要求,直接影响到中职学校的存在和发展。中职学校要对人才市场进行分析,一要分析毕业生是否适销对路;二要分析毕业生是否有较强的能力。故中职学校财会专业必须面向人才市场,真正培养社会需要的人才,只有不断提高财会教学质量,才有生存的价值。
