目的探讨贾氏顺行式阴式子宫切除术的手术方法、技巧及效果。方法将贾氏顺行式阴式子宫切除术65例与传统阴式子宫切除术65例比较。结果贾氏顺行式阴式子宫切除术组间隙分离时间、手术时间、出血量、术后排气时间明显缩短。结论贾氏顺行式阴式子宫切除术较传统阴式子宫切除术术式简单易行,使手术时间缩短,患者创伤更小,术后恢复快,且扩大了阴式子宫切除术的适应症,值得推广。
Objective To explore the surgical methods, techniques and effects of Jia’s cis-vaginal hysterectomy. Methods Sixty-five cases of Valsalva vaginal hysterectomy and 65 cases of traditional vaginal hysterectomy were compared.
