为了深入贯彻《药品管理法》,切实加强医院自制制剂的质量管理,建立医院自制制剂质量档案是基层药政药检部门的重要任务之一。本市有三家医院制剂室,分别是邓州市人民医院制剂室、邓州市中医院制剂室、邓州市乡镇医院联合制剂室(附设在邓州市城郊乡卫生院)。我所自1985年起对这三家医院的自制制剂建立了质量档案,现将做法总结如下:
In order to thoroughly implement the “Drug Administration Law” and effectively strengthen the quality control of self-made preparations in hospitals, it is one of the important tasks of the drug administration departments at the grassroots level to establish quality archives of self-made preparations in hospitals. The city has three hospital preparation room, respectively, Dengzhou City People’s Hospital preparation room, Dengzhou City Hospital preparation room, Dengzhou City Township Hospital Joint Preparation Room (attached to the suburbs of Dengzhou Township Health Center). Since 1985, we have established quality archives of home-made preparations from these three hospitals. We have summarized the practices as follows:
