为了更好地提高孕产妇的生活质量,对剖宫产术不仅要求手术切口达到Ⅰ期愈合,而且要求美观,尽可能减少近、远期并发症。1996年6月至1997年5月,作者等采用下腹孤形切口及可吸收缝线皮内缝合法行剖宫产术58例,收效良好,现报道如下。 1 材料与方法 沿下腹横沟处经阴毛线上缘作下腹横切口,两侧向上弯呈孤形,长约12～14cm,切开皮肤及皮下脂肪,达腹外斜肌筋膜,遇到腹下动脉、静脉下行支,可切断结扎,将切口中部及其周围皮下脂肪连同皮肤游离,
