目的:探讨利多卡因局部封闭加宫颈按摩法在治疗产时宫颈水肿的临床疗效。方法:选取2008年1月至2011年12月在我院住院分娩经利多卡因局部封闭加宫颈按摩治疗的宫颈水肿产妇66例,分析治疗后临床疗效。结果:自然分娩率为92.4%,剖宫产率为7.6%,无产后大出血、无宫颈裂伤,2例新生儿1分钟阿氏评分<7分,59例≥7分。结论:利多卡因局部封闭加按摩法缩短产程,降低了难产率及剖宫产率。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of local lidocaine plus cervical massage in the treatment of cervical edema during labor. Methods: From January 2008 to December 2011 in our hospital hospital delivery of lidocaine local closure plus cervical massage treatment of cervical edema in 66 cases of women, analysis of clinical efficacy after treatment. Results: The rate of spontaneous delivery was 92.4% and the rate of cesarean section was 7.6%. No postpartum hemorrhage and no cervical laceration were observed. Conclusion: Lidocaine partially closed plus massage method to shorten labor, reduce the rate of dystocia and cesarean section rate.
