公务员信息化与电子政务培训属于大规模公务员培训,具有人数多、年龄跨度大、专业及业务涉及面广等特点。在对北京市某区已经参加培训的500名公务员进行了统计,其中年龄最小的21岁,最大的50岁,30岁以上人员超过总人数的80%;参训人员所学专业既有与信息化电子政务密切相关的计算机技术,也有相差较大的行政管理、法律、档案管理;参训人员日常工作涉及劳动与社会保障、卫生、民政等各个方面。
