中国海洋石油总公司东海公司“九五”期间的工作重点是做好平湖油气田钻井作业和海上工程建设,力争台北坳陷石油勘探有所突破,并进一步探明东海盆地西湖凹陷的油气资源.平湖油气田是东海第一个投入开发建设的油气田.主要设施包括一个综合平台,一条385km海底输气管线和一条306km输油管线.投产后,年产天然气5亿m~3,稳产15年,向上海居民生活供气;年产原油50万t以上,时间为5年.平湖油气田开发建设始于1996年元月,1997年7月之前完成7口井的钻井作业.钻机模块改造、导管架建造、甲板建造、海底管线铺设、连接以及试运转等将全部于1998年8月以前完工.在平湖油气田开发建设期间,东海公司将全力以赴,认真做好作业建造期的项目管理,严格工期、费用、质量三大控制,实现开发方案的工作目标,确保1998年底建成投产.
During the “Ninth Five-year Plan” period, CNOOC Donghai Co., Ltd. focused on well drilling and offshore engineering in Pinghu Oil and Gas Field, striving to make breakthroughs in oil exploration in the Taipei depression and further exploration for oil and gas resources in the Xihu Sag of the East China Sea. The oil and gas field is the first oil and gas field to be invested in the development and construction of the East China Sea. The main facilities include a comprehensive platform, a 385km submarine gas pipeline and a 306km oil pipeline, with an annual output of 500 million m 3 of natural gas and a stable production of 15 years. Life gas supply, with an annual output of more than 500,000 t of crude oil, for a period of 5 years.The development and construction of Pinghu oil and gas field started in January 1996 and drilling was completed in 7 wells by July 1997. Rig module reconstruction, jacket construction, deck Construction, submarine pipeline laying, connecting and commissioning will all be completed by August 1998. During the development and construction of Pinghu Oil and Gas Field, Donghai Company will do its utmost to conscientiously do a good job in the project management during the construction period of the construction work, strictly schedule, cost, Quality control of the three major, to achieve the objectives of the development program to ensure that the end of 1998 completed and put into production.
