HSP—2型混凝土上料喷射机是冶金部有色矿山喷锚机具设计推广组重点研制项目之一。本机采用气力吸送—转子式喷射机联合机组型式,其目的是为了降低粉尘浓度,减轻劳动强度。1979年1月至1980年3月先后完成了 HSP—1和 HSP—2两型样机的设计和试制,同年7月在实验室作了主要技术参数的测定,1980年10月至1981年7月在大冶有色金属公司丰山铜矿进行了工业试验,共喷射混凝土量1000米~3,完成了试验指标。本机采用的气力吸送上料方法与目前国内一般上料方法相比,可减少3~5名作业人员,并大大减轻了上料工人劳动强度,机旁粉尘浓度一般只为其它上料方式喷射机的20~50%,十分有效地改善了坑内支护的作业环境。1981年7月冶金部在丰山铜矿组织了技术鉴定,认为本机研制是成功的,在喷射作业的上料机械化方面是一个新的突破,局部修改后即可投入小批量生产予以推广。

In July 1981, the Ministry of Metallurgy organized a technical appraisal at Fengshan Copper Mine, and believed that the local research was successful. It was a new breakthrough in the mechanization of material feeding for jetting operations. After partial modification, it can be put into small-batch production for promotion.
